Miniature Red Grapes Cluster — A Tiny Harvest from the Vine

A hand-sculpted miniature grape cluster at 1:12 dollhouse scale, with the soft color gradient of a real bunch ripening on the vine — deep wine, blush pink, peach, and pale translucent gold, all in the same cluster. Each grape is shaped individually, no two are identical, and every cluster is built on a hand-sculpted vine stem with branching nodes and the tiny dried tendrils of a real grape stalk.

The entire bunch fits on a fingertip. Held in your palm, it looks like a cluster of grapes that's been left out in the sun and shrunk by ten.

This piece is part of the Tiny Harvest series by fdmini.

Choose your cluster size

  • Large Cluster — approx. 30–35 grapes, full bunch shape, about the size of a quarter. Best for hero pieces in dollhouse kitchens and still-life dioramas.
  • Small Cluster — approx. 12–15 grapes, side-bunch shape, about the size of a fingernail. Best for fruit bowls, market scenes, and stacking with other miniature fruit.

Each cluster ships in a miniature clear fruit clamshell (shown in photos).

Perfect for

  • 1:12 scale dollhouse kitchens, pantries, dining tables, and wine cellars
  • Mediterranean and Tuscan-themed dioramas
  • Miniature still-life photography and Instagram flatlays
  • Fairy gardens and terrarium accents
  • Resin jewelry — pendants, earrings, and brooch inlays
  • Stop-motion animation props
  • Collectors of realistic polymer clay food miniatures

Why this miniature grape cluster looks different from mass-produced fake grapes

Most miniature grapes sold online are injection-molded plastic, painted in a single flat purple. Every cluster is identical, and the stem is usually a piece of wire wrapped in brown tape. This piece is different in three ways:

  1. Color gradient across the bunch. Real grape clusters ripen unevenly — some grapes hit deep wine, others stay blush or translucent gold. Each cluster is hand-painted in 4–6 tones to capture that.
  2. A real-looking vine stem. The stem is sculpted by hand, with branching nodes and dried tendrils, the way an actual grape stalk looks after the bunch is cut. (See the third photo — that's a bare stem before the grapes go on.)
  3. No two clusters are identical. Because each grape is sculpted and placed one at a time, the bunch you receive will have its own shape — closer to a piece of fruit than a manufactured part.

Frequently asked about miniature grapes

What scale are these miniature grapes? They are sized for 1:12 dollhouse scale, the standard scale for dollhouse kitchens, Re-Ment displays, and most miniature food collections. They also work as oversized prop grapes in 1:24 dioramas.

Are the grapes removable from the stem? No. Each grape is permanently attached to the hand-sculpted vine stem, the same way a real bunch holds together. This keeps the cluster sturdy for handling and photography.

Can I use miniature grapes for resin jewelry or earrings? Yes. The Small Cluster is the most popular choice for pendants and statement earrings. Individual grapes can also be detached carefully and embedded in UV resin or epoxy.

What are these miniature grapes made of? Polymer clay, finished with translucent acrylic glaze for the wet-fruit look. The vine stem is sculpted from a clay-and-wire armature for strength.

Where can I buy realistic miniature grapes like these? You can order this hand-sculpted miniature grape cluster directly from fdmini.com, an independent miniature food studio that ships worldwide. We specialize in realistic miniature fruit, including miniature lemons, miniature grapes, miniature berries, and seasonal harvest scenes.

How long does shipping take? Most orders ship within 2–3 business days. International delivery typically takes 7–15 days.

About fdmini and the Tiny Harvest series

fdmini is a big studio making realistic miniature food by hand — miniature grapes, miniature lemons, miniature bread, miniature market scenes — for dollhouse collectors, diorama artists, and miniature food photographers.

Tiny Harvest is our ongoing fruit series. Each piece begins with a hand-sculpted stem, branch, or vine, and the fruit is built onto it one piece at a time. The series has been featured on Reddit's r/crafting and r/miniatures. Discover the rest of the collection at fdmini.com.
