Return & Refund Policy

Because many FDMINI pieces are collectible, limited, or handmade, our return policy is designed to be clear, fair, and protective of both the collector and the work.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • limited edition releases;
  • artist originals or numbered works;
  • custom-made or personalized items;
  • opened blind box items once sealed packaging has been opened;
  • items marked as final sale.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number, clear photos of the item, and photos of the outer packaging. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

4. Return Authorization

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

7. Exchanges

Due to the limited nature of some products, exchanges cannot always be guaranteed. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us and we will review the most appropriate resolution.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return procedure if eligible. For pre-orders, made-to-order pieces, and limited artist releases, cancellation may be restricted once production has begun.
