A few common questions about our miniature collectibles, shipping, handmade details, and limited releases.
Are FDMINI pieces toys or collectibles?
FDMINI primarily creates miniature collectibles, display objects, scene kits, and artist-led pieces. Some items may contain small parts and are not suitable for young children unless specifically stated on the product page.
Are your pieces handmade?
Some FDMINI pieces are hand-sculpted, handmade, or hand-finished, while others are carefully designed collectible products. Specific details will be noted on each product page whenever relevant.
Will my item look exactly like the photos?
Because of screen differences, lighting conditions, hand-finishing, and production variation, slight differences in color, texture, or finish may occur. We consider these subtle variations part of the character of miniature collectible work.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to many countries and regions. Delivery times, customs clearance, import duties, and taxes may vary depending on destination.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Shipping time depends on your destination and the carrier. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for fuller delivery estimates.
Can I return a limited edition or blind box item?
Certain limited releases, artist originals, custom works, final sale items, and opened blind box items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Please review our Return & Refund Policy before placing your order.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number plus clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution where applicable.
