Shipping Policy
We want every order to arrive clearly, safely, and as expected. This page explains our processing times, shipping methods, and important delivery notes.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received, unless otherwise stated on the product page. For limited releases, handmade pieces, made-to-order items, pre-orders, or high-demand drops, processing times may be longer.
2. Shipping Time Estimates
Delivery time depends on destination, carrier performance, customs clearance, and seasonal logistics conditions. Estimated delivery windows are for reference only and are not guaranteed.
- United States: 5–12 business days
- Canada: 7–15 business days
- Europe: 7–18 business days
- Australia & International: 8–20 business days
3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
5. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
6. Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages
After an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, severe weather, transportation issues, labor actions, or other events beyond our control. If a package appears lost or marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact both the carrier and our support team. We will do our best to assist.
7. Split Shipments
In some cases, items from the same order may ship separately depending on stock location, packaging requirements, production timelines, or product type.
8. Pre-Orders and Limited Releases
Products sold as pre-orders, artist originals, or limited drops may require extended production or fulfillment time. Any estimated lead time will be stated on the relevant product page. By placing an order for such products, you acknowledge and accept the stated timeline.
